A Day Of Play In LA Celebrates the 30th Anniversary of Healthy Kids Day
On Saturday, April 30th the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles celebrated the 30th Anniversary of Healthy Kids Day with "A Day of Play in LA." Thousands of families from LA County came to the LA Memorial Coliseum to dance, try rock climbing, paint, garden and participate in sports activities led by the Kings, Clippers and Rams to get kids moving. There were also STEM activities, family interactive programs and health and wellness areas to make sure kids had a holistic healthy kids day experience. It was a day filled with smiles, laughter and of course, play!
