Pilates focuses on posture, balance and flexibility by developing core strength. You’ll develop great muscle tone, strong abs and Pilates is great for people who suffer from lower back pain.
Our Ys offer a variety of classes including mat and reformer programs. They are led by certified trainers, who are skilled at designing workouts that are challenging and fun. The focus is on developing better posture, body control and proper breathing, while also reducing tension and strengthening your body.
Classes are open to all current, active Y members. To register for one of the classes, simply download our new app, sign in and reserve your spot.
